Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a JS file in Devtools
2. Right click Add Source Map…

What is the expected behavior?
The Source map URL input field should be focused

What went wrong?
The input field is not focused. If one attempts to paste a sourcemap URL immediately, it is pasted in the JS file instead.
