What steps will reproduce the problem?

"We are able to see the sign in pop-up on navigating to www.parlonscancer.ca on the latest chrome version stable 62.0.3202.94 Using Ubuntu 14.04. Attaching the screenshot of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please mention the chrome version and OS Platform in which you are facing the issue, which helps us to traige the it in a better way.

polnicky1@ - To check the chrome OS version u need to type chrome://version in the search box. Please check and confirm the same.

Thanks for the response!Still we are unable to find the attached screen cast in your comments.
Tested in chrome # 62.0.3202.94 on Ubuntu 14.04,Windows 7 & Mac 10.12.6 and not able to reproduce the issue.
@ polnicky1:  Could you please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once in latest chrome stable / Canary and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
