"Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable 62.0.3202.89 and on the latest stable 62.0.3202.94 using windows10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6. Attaching the screen shot of the same. @Reporter: Could you please check the same by creating a new profile. Any further inputs from your end helps us to triage the issue in a better way. Thanks!"

After some observations it looks, that problem is visible, when screen resolution is changing (during connecting/disconnecting external monitor)

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version62.0.3202.89 using Win 7 & 10. Attaching Screencast for reference. Steps -------- 1. launched chrome 2. Changed system resolution 3. As per comment #5 tested during (connecting/disconnecting external monitor) we have observed Icons in the menu title line is on the same horizontal line @Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast let us know if we miss anything also please confirm whether you still see the issue on the latest stable Thanks!
