Chromes OS: M64 dev build (10115.0.0, 64.0.3264.0) on caroline device.

Steps to repro:
1. Ensure some browser windows/ apps are opened. 
2. Enter into tablet mode.
3. Select overview mode and observe that the app windows are displayed in landscape style.
4. Rotate the screen to portrait mode
5. Observe that some of the windows displayed are corrupted.
6. Once again select overview mode and rotate the screen to landscape mode.
7. Observe that again some of the app windows are corrupted.

Actual behavior:
At step 5 & 7: The layout of some of the app windows gets corrupted (Black portions seen within the app window). Please refer the attachments.
