Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Change Google account password 2. On another PC that was already logged in that account, open Chrome 3. Chrome will open the "Sign In" screen, which can not be closed What is the expected behavior? I should be able to close the tab or switch to another tab. At the very least, I should be able to change change windows. What went wrong? The sign in screen kept re-focusing itself until I signed in. I could not switch to another window, another tab, closing the tab immediately reopened it. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 See thread here: https://productforums.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!msg/chrome-admins/RNp04Tgxxr4/JuEPPECvCAAJ
