can not list full windows on applications window while do application window sharing

another issue is that: if the app window like ppt cross 2 monitors, the share content will not be shared out while do not resize the window. webex native app did not have this issue.

The problem of covering of start window in #0 should be duplicated to issue757770. Please follow that issue for any progress. And I can't reproduce the problems reported in #1 and #2, e.g. PowperPoint and other office apps can always to shared as long as they are not minimized, and content still can be shared when the target window crosses 2 monitors. aisnote@, please try again. If you can still consistently reproduce those 2 problems, please help to elaborate the replication steps to help me to reproduce them here.
