Steps to reproduce: 
1. Hold phone in portrait.
2. tap on omnibox
3. Type in something, e.g. "cat"
4. While still in typing in omnibox mode, rotate phone to landscape.
5. Rotate back to portrait.

Observed behavior:
The suggestions are cropped (see attachment)

Expected behavior: 
Um...not cropped.
