eve-kvm: console ramoops doesn't work with kvm enabled

After reboot there are not any logs in /dev/pstore

Removing disablevmx=off from the command line fixes this problem.

It appears to only be an issue with Eve, disablevmx=off on Samus enables kvm but doesn't affect Samus' console ramoops behavior.

Status: Verified (was: Available)
The fixes to make kaiser work also fixed this. Regular eve is broken again, investigation of that will continue on its bug.
