Due to a virus, i guess, close tab, setting and refresh buttons are not visible at Canary

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3264.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Canary
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
To show the buttons

What went wrong?
Buttons disapeard

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 64.0.3264.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.3

antonismath@ Tested this issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Stable 62.0.3202.89 and Canary 64.0.3266.0 and unable to reproduce the issue.

launched Chrome canary and was able to perform all operations like reload, minimize,maximize,close tab and no issues were observed. 
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to please retry the issue by on a new chrome profile(uninstall and re-install Canary) without ant flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.
