cannot print anything from Google

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. try to print anything
2. screens goes blank
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
print

What went wrong?
no idea

Did this work before? Yes dont know, last week

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

lesueurmichele1@ Tested this issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Stable 62.0.3202.89 and Canary 64.0.3266.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and opened a webpage. eg. Wikipedia page
2. Hit Ctrl-P and can see that the print preview is seen without any issues and able to print. No issues are observed.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.

Request you to please retry the issue by updating Chrome to the latest Stable and update the thread with the observations.

Our web app requires Chrome and I've heard of 2 instances now of the same behaviour. We haven't been able to reproduce either, but I'm suspecting that it's something with a specific printer. Both instances were on Windows. In one case, I captured these details: https://whatsmybrowser.org/b/NP357SC
