changing opacity of image under a semi opaque overlay causes rendering issue

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. set a div with image
2. create another semi opaque div on top 
3. change the opacity of image below

What is the expected behavior?
the opacity should change properly

What went wrong?
the rendering of the image became weird

Did this work before? Yes Cant remember which version it worked, but was after an update this year

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 27.0.0.183

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #62.0.3202.94 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed no issues in while changing the opacity.

angelsguigui@ Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently on incognito mode? please upgrade your chrome to latest stable #62.0.3202.94 and recheck for this issue. If issue still persists please update this bug with latest comment.
