Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: This is a chromium regression and bisect range is 355798 (Issue does not happen) - 355809 (Issue happens). It looks like a regression caused by the patch: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/9f6a2b03ccb7091804f173b70b5facff7dffbd61 (Commit : 355800) Also it can be noted that the tibetan character renders properly if typed alone or typed alond with alphabet. Problem occurs when we type it after a numeral.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #62.0.3202.89 by following steps mentioned in the original comment, no rendering issue is observed while typing Tibetan characters in the text box. Adding appropriate label for further triage. Drott@ Could you please take a look in to this issue? Thanks!
