A little difference While adding person for ChromeOs.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Sign out ChromeOs.
2.Select "Add a person".
3.Focus on Email input-box ->Touch or swipe any key on the keyboard
4.Click "Forgot email?" and then focus on PhoneNumber/Email input-box ->Touch or swipe any key on the keyboard

  
Actual result: 
3.1 No any candidate pops up; Gesture not work.
4.1 Candidates pops up; Blue line appears and follows the finger, but no any candidate pops up

i just check this issue on 10577 on bob, the issue didn't repro, it could be fixed with newer version, can you please upgrade and take another look?

Tried on the latest version 10561:
-This issue does not repro now.
-But the similar issue still repro when adding persion for Chromeos.

thanks for the quick response!

gesture should be not working before login, since the decoder will not be loaded at that time. i'll disable this feature before login to avoid confusing.

Gesture is disable now, but there's a little issue: 

There's still blue line follows while sliding on keys. (Blue line should not appear since gesture is disabled) Will you please take a look?

Li, please disable it by setting preference key to disable handwriting on lock/login screen.
