Issue descriptionChrome Version : 64.0.3264.0 (Official Build) c555c442306ca8d68cf0d53d4a3b1adabfd25295-refs/heads/master@{#515409} 32/64-bit OS : Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, click on 'Avatar' icon and go to 'Manage people'. 2. Click on 'ADD PERSON' button (Add person window appears) and check/uncheck "Supervise this person to..." checkbox. 3. Observe the contents. Actual Result : Contents of 'Add person' window shift upwards after checking "Supervise this person to..." checkbox. Expected Result : Contents of 'Add person' window should not shift after checking "Supervise this person to..." checkbox. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build : 64.0.3261.0 (Revision : 514330) Bad build : 64.0.3262.0 (Revision : 514703) You are probably looking for a change made after 514471 (known good), but no later than 514472 (first known bad).
