REPRO STEPS:
1. Switch to any keyboard 
2. Open it HW panel 
3. Draw anything, Tap space key or Enter key in hw panel 
4. Press space or Enter key in physical keyboard

Actual:
It is not consistent with pressing Space key in HW panel and physical keyboard
For HW panel, pressing space key will submit the first candidate word ,
but in Physical keyboard, pressing space key only submit space in input area.

Note:
For Enter key pressing , it is consistent
