Do they see error code "ERROR_xxx" at the bottom right of (or somewhere in) screen? That should give the additional information on the error.

Customer has confirmed he’s not seeing any error code such as "ERROR_xxx". The error message in screenshots are in Japanese, but it's actually "Hangouts (Meet) is unable to connect to Google" in English UI. This usually indicates that Cfm is unable to connect to Google hosts required to start Hangouts, due to client side network restrictions for example. Let's move our investigation to internal bug tracker, b/69319625. |
