long tap phone number,the icon isn't phone icon

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to a website(http://jioweh.com/haomaweh/091102) with phone number.
2. tap the phone number for a long time.
3. the view shown at the bottom of window isn't phone icon,it's a Google search icon

What is the expected behavior?
the icon should be phone icon,and with a sting "call"

What went wrong?
the icon is Google search icon

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.84  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Android 8.0.0
Flash Version: 

Nexus 6p fail.
Pixcel 2 pass.

Able to reproduce the issue in Android. Observed Google search icon instead of dialer icon.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Browser
2. Navigated to http://jioweh.com/haomaweh/091102 and entered with a phone number
3. Long tapped on phone number and observed Google search icon instead of dialer icon

Chrome versions tested:
62.0.3202.84, 64.0.3264.0

OS
Android 8.1.0

Android Devices
8.1.0; Nexus 6P Build/OPM1.171019.010

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M50. Untriaged for further input's on this issue.
