Add integration tests for Chrome OS IME.

Currently we have some browser tests in chromium repository, but it's executed with a fake extension for the tests.

We may want to add some integration tests with the real IME extension.

We want to have autotests for basic virtual keyboard functionalities.
Probably they should live in
https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/chromeos/overlays/chromeos-overlay/+/master/app-i18n/input-tools/
