What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Open Devtools ->goto customize and control devtools ->Settings
(2)Click on 'Restore defaults and reload' button and Observe
Actual:Chopped focus at right corner is seen for 'Restore defaults and reload' button after clicking it.
Expected:Chopped focus shouldn't be seen after clicking it
This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 63.0.3239.42/10032.32.0
Note:Issue is not seen in Windows.Linux OS
