Let stylus rejected event notify powerd to resume brightness

Currently stylus rejected event is not reported as user activity to powerd. Thus, when powerd turned off brightness due to user inactivity, it is not able to resume brightness if user removed stylus from device.

cros: report stylus removed event as user activity to powerd

changes:
report stylus removed event as user activity to powerd. This will make
powerd resuming brightness if user removed stylus from device if device
is turning off brightness due to user inactivity.
