Navigating tabs on monitor is choppy

Issue description
Chrome Version : 62.0.3202.62
OS Version: 10.0

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5: N/A
Firefox 4.x: N/A
IE 7/8/9: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening tabs while on my Dell monitor (U2417H) is choppy and laggy
2. When I have tabs open, navigating through them is laggy and slow, whether by clicking or using my keyboard.
3. Only happens on Dell monitor, everything is fine on my ASUS VS229 monitor
What is the expected result?
Tabs should change seamlessly
What happens instead of that?
I get a lag when I change tabs or open a new tab
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This only started recently, maybe yesterday (November 8,2017). No issues with my ASUS monitor. No issues when using Internet Explorer to open/change tabs when on my Dell monitor.

"Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable 62.0.3202.62 and on the latest stable 62.0.3202.94 using Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 10 and Mac 10.12.6 as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. @Reporter: Could you please mention whether the issue is specific to chrome browser or is it seen on all the browsers with Dell monitor. Thanks!"

Hi, I figured out the problem! It had to do with the theme installed on my chrome; deleted that theme and installed a new one and have no problems now. Thanks!
