Able to reproduce the issue on reported version 62.0.3202.89, but the same is not seen on latest canary 64.0.3262.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6, hence providing reverse bisect info

Manual Bisect Info:
================
Good build: 64.0.3257.0
Bad build: 64.0.3256.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 513594 (known good), but no later than 513595 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Fixed. Please check it at latest canary (64.0.3264.0).
It still has some work to do at overflow.
It'll be added at this patch: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/754768

But the issue in "mihalko.eu" has been fixed.
