Put regex search in URL

Problem with Sheriff-o-Matic

If I add a regex search, and then want to refresh the page, I have to re-enter the regex. It'd be nice if we could add that to the URL, so that refreshing keeps the regex.

I'm not sure we want to put regex in the url. Escaping and length could cause some real problems there.

An alternative would be to use localStorage.
