No action performed when tapping on "Enter passphrase" button in NewTabPage after fresh install

Issue description

App Version: 64.0.3263.0  Canary									
iOS Version:   11.0.3, 11.2, 10.3.3
Device:   iPhone 8 , iPad mini, iPhone 6, iPad 
URL:  NA 


Precondition: 
Do fresh Install of the app every time

 Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch the app 
  2. Go through the First launch UI Flow
  3.  Choose a Sync account with Passphrase
  4. Tap on allow from Location dialog
  5. Enter passphrase  appears at the bottom of the page
  6. Tap on Enter passphrase
  
Observed results:
Notice that  No action performed when tapping on "Enter passphrase" button in NewTabPage after fresh install

Note:
Enter passphrase in NTP works fine. This issue appears only after fresh installation.

Expected results:
Enter passphrase should work at all times

Number of times you were able to reproduce:  5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox:  no, Safari:  no
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M62,  No
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M63, No
Bug reproducible on Chrome desktop?  No

I can't reproduce this bug. It might have been fixed.  jdhakshinamoor, can you still reproduce it with the latest version?
This is no longer reproduced. Looks like it is actually fixed in Issue 788377.
Verified on M64.0.3282.12 beta iOS11.2 iPhoneX
