Bluetooth Headset issue with Google Met

Reported by jim.coll...@globalfoundries.com, Nov 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 9765.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.123 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9765.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel kevin

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Pair blue tooth headset
2. Start a meet
3. Make sure the headset is selected as mic

What is the expected behavior?
The mic should work

What went wrong?
After you join a meet, a few seconds later you'll get a message saying your MIC isn't working. i've gone into the settings and selected internal mic, and that works fine. But when you select the headset mic you get the error again. I've attached an HAR file and screen cast of this happening. We're seeing this on multiple chromebook models.

Did this work before? Yes last version of chrome
