AnimationWorklet - Support DocumentTimeline originTime concept |

Issue descriptionCurrently WorkletAnimationPlayer::CurrentTime just uses the current time for a DocumentTimeline. We should add an actual DocumentTimeline object with support for the originTime concept.

Marking as duplicate of 780151. We currently do not expose the timeline.currentTime itself and rather expose the animation's current time. So as long as we correctly offset based on the start time this should not be an issue. |
