Find in Page search results go under the camera when in landscape mode.

Issue description

App Version: 63.0.3239.41 beta
iOS Version: 11.0.1
Device: iPhone X ONLY
URL: google.com

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome in landscape mode .
  2. Load any webpage. Tap on Menu->find in Page.
  3. Type any text in Find in page text field.

Observed results:
While typing the text moves and goes under the camera in landscape mode.

Expected results:
The find in page  results should not flicker and move while typing and should be on screen.

Justin@: can you test that it happens for all pages? It looks similar to  crbug.com/764932  (javascript execution which moves the content of the page).

I wonder if we need to tweak the setContentOffset point to also honor safe area?

Realistically, this is not time critical: not many people use landscape at all, and this is not a deal breaker for people who do.
