This is currently blocking wpt-import. All recent builds (imports) are failing at the archive_webkit_tests_results step, mostly on mac bots. Same output as in the original description.

https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/WebKit%20Mac10.11/builds/25352 was the first CL on that bot w/ the revert from 783221. It failed but was significantly faster (and didn't fail the archive).
