Right now, an entry like Nouveau-Brunswick is considered different from Nouveau Brunswick. This will affect Normalization and Validation process. We have Nouveau-Brunswick in our database, but not Nouveau Brunswick. Therefor, the latter is considered as invalid, and can't be normalized into NB.

We need a string comparator which ignores these kind of differences in strings.
