Ensure (contrib) heap_profiling appear on performance dasboard |

Issue descriptionOnce we'll have bots on chromium.perf.fyi waterfall, we need to ensure that https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/tools/perf/contrib/heap_profiling/heap_profiling.py?q=PseudoHeapProfilingDesktopBenchmark benchmarks appear on performance dashboard. Now blocked on getting new bots ready.
