Issue descriptionChrome Version : 64.0.3263.0 (Official Build) fd1e89557fa78a467061f732a8473fd863a89b1a-refs/heads/master@{#515052} 32/64-bit OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6) Precondition : Freshly install chrome browser. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome (by default it lands on chrome://welcome page) and open devtools. 2. Navigate to 'Application' tab and go to 'Service workers'. 3. Now click on 'Service workers from other domains' expand icon and observe. Actual Result : 'Service workers from other domains' option disappears after clicking on it for the first instance. Expected Result : 'Service workers from other domains' option should not disappear after clicking on it. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-64 build #64.0.3256.0, as the 'Service workers from other domains' option was not available in previous builds.
