adding |style.UserModify() == EUserModify::kReadOnly| makes
http/tests/incremental/frame-focus-before-load.html
timeout.

The test attempts to render 6,000 of \xef\xbb\xbfTest for  bug 5187 : UTF-8 in long text files breaks at some point.
