Username autocomplete doesn't fill after username selected

Autocomplete correctly suggests a username, but doesn't fill when clicked.

See attached screenshots for flow.

Could you please attach password manager logs?

For recording log please
1.Go in one tab to chrome://password-manager-internals
2.In another tab go to a page and choose username.
3.Save logs from the first tab to a file and attach them to this bug

As it is not reproducible at the moment, I'm afraid I need to close the bug, but happy to reopen if it returns.
