[Restrict-View-Google]Notification will not disappear after checking it & taking action on the notification

Chrome Version: 60.x
OS: Android O-OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Download a file from chrome browser.
(2)Switch to Dropdown notifications on the device.
(3)Open file from notification by tapping the notification .
(4)file can be opened. 

What is the expected result?
Notification should be cleared.

What happens instead?
Notification doesn't get cleared on tap.

I am not able to reproduce this issue--could you confirm that this issue is reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? Could you also clarify the nature of the attachment you have included?

Not able to reproduce the issue anymore.
In case it occurs again, will provide the new logs and complete details.
