Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open to many page (for example open all in bookmark directory)
2. page' dont loaded, hurry up OS sleep mode.
3. wake OS check this page + f5 not working

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
don't seen a page. Need a closing tab and Ok! solved.

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

it is not surprising to see that everything is not right when you wake up and wake up before pages open. He's just acting weird. It seems to be working. For example I can scroll. When you hover on any link on the page, the right sub address is displayed. But I am totally indecisive and frustrating about viewing the content. Open dev console try it any js code for example console.log("OK!"). Working.

Tested in chrome # 61.0.3163.100 & Stable #62.0.3202.94 on win 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.
Steps Followed:
---------------
1.Install chrome and opened multiple bookmarks.
2.Went to sleep mode.
3.Login again observed that bookmark pages are displaying properly.

@ osmnkayan: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once in latest stable/Canary build and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

@dtapu... I can not create the problem again in the same chrome version. I had to experiment more than once for this. I had to do too many failed attempts to simulate this bugs again, again again...

I never restarted my computer after creating this issue threat.

Even though I switched to sleep mode when I turned on the ram limit and opened 35 different pages at the same time, the problem did not occur again at all.
After a few more days of testing, if i can't create a clear path to repeat bugs, you will have to close issue.
