Issue descriptionExample URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up "Docomo Mail app" 2. Scroll down a page What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? A page is scrolled up back right after scrolling a page down. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes M55 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: "Docomo Mail app" is a pre-loaded mail app which is provided by Japanese carrier Docomo.

I don't see any interesting logs in the bugreport. We'll probably need the app itself in order to make any progress. Is the app on the Play Store anywhere? Or can we get an APK somehow? If your phone is rooted you should be able to pull the APK like adb pull /system/app/...
