Regression: Page turns blank on disabling hardware acceleration.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3263.0 (Official Build) fd1e89557fa78a467061f732a8473fd863a89b1a-refs/heads/master@{#515052}(64-bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2). Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome, go to chrome://settings/systems and disable hardware acceleration. 2. Relaunch and observe. Actual Result: Webpage turns blank. Expected Result: Webpage should not turn blank This is regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and below per-revision bisect result Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build: 64.0.3262.0 Bad Build:64.0.3263.0

W.R.T to comment #4,6,7. Re-bisected the above issue and getting the same suspect. Suspect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/1202f66559ca7e37f643a691cac72144ab60493f Kindly note: The above issue is ONLY MAC(10.12.6, 10.13.2) specific and is not reproducible on WIN(7,8,10) and LINUX(14.04 LTS) OS.

Update : Retested above issue using latest Mac #64.0.3265.0 build on Mac(10.12.6) OS and issue is still reproducible. Please review an attached screen cast. Thank you!

Reporter: please don't remove the Needs-Feedback label unless you provide the requested feedback (about:gpu page content in a .txt or .html format). Basically I can't reproduce the issue in two Mac machines I have, so I really need to know on which platform you can reproduce this. Otherwise I can't make progress.

Interestingly, I can't reproduce the issue with the same version Chromium build (#515780), but I can reproduce with Canary (#515780). Might have something to do with Finch experiments.
