Sandboxed iframe cannot get iframe content in the same origin

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the test zip and unzip it.
2. Open frame.html, and we see that it CAN get the contentDocument of its iframe in the same origin.
3. Open index.html, and we see that the frame.html CANNOT get the contentDocument of its iframe in the same origin.
4. Open index2.html, and we see that the frame.html CAN get the contentDocument of its iframe in the same origin.

What is the expected behavior?
frame.html should be able to get the contentDocument of its iframe in the same origin.

What went wrong?
frame.html CANNOT get the contentDocument of its iframe in the same origin in step 3.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? No
 Firefox 56.*

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.89  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

I just found an existed report for Firefox and an explanation:

So we can close this issue now. Sorry for not finding this in prior.
