Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Printing -> Printers -> ADD PRINTER.
2. Fill out Name/Address then go to ADD.
3. Press BROWSE button. Select a gzipped PPD. Press Add button.

What is the expected behavior?
A printer is added successfully.

What went wrong?
I got an error message saying:
"Can't add printer. Restart and try again"
