[eve] Touchpad firmware updating on every boot

I got an eve pre-MP and installed the test image 10110.0.0 on it (via USB stick). It went past the Touchpad update message during image install, but now it hangs there during boot.

I was able to boot. Will update with future boots, but I saw above message 4 times.

I'm seeing this on every reboot after updating to 69.0.3464.0 10798.0.0 on eve.
