Cannot start

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Chrome from launcher
2. No Crash is observed

Chrome versions tested:
62.0.3202.84

OS
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices
7.0.0 SM-J710F Build/NRD90M

@azumukupoe1999: Could you please let us know the details of your device and attach a sample Crash I'd from Chrome://crashes if this happens again, that would help us in further triaging of the issue.
