Remove unused or stale items from webaudio wpt tests

Remove js/lodash.js because not used anywhere even though it's loaded
a in several files. (And it's 134K!)

Remove the stale copy of the spec.

Remove old or unused items from wpt/webaudio

Remove the old stale copy of the spec and remove js/lodash.js which
is loaded in several places but not actually used for anything.
