please update hterm extension to support input method by using xterm.js

Steps to reproduce the problem:
it has been serveral years that hterm dont accept the input method to input CJK characters 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
it could be understand since its a weird problem caused by brownser and js itself. but i just tried xterm.js, which could perfectly solve this problem, so i hope you guys could update hterm by using xterm.js to provide the terminal emulator .

this request makes no sense.  hterm is a terminal emulator.  xterm.js is a terminal emulator.  there is no such thing as "update hterm to use xterm.js".  that's like saying "please upgrade your car to use a car".

ignoring that, i still don't know what you're trying to do.  are you using crosh or Secure Shell ?  you're trying to use an IME to enter Chinese characters ?  is the IME not displaying ?  or something else ?
