I was just looking for 775591 myself and couldn't find it either. I thought someone banned me or something. I whole hardheartedly agree with this request. We finally had the ability to customize our devices at the login screen and the very next OS release undid two years of waiting. Attached are two photos. One with OS 60.xxx without the blur and one with OS 61.xxx with the blur. You can't even tell that the wallpaper image hasn't changed. Please fix this or at least add an off/on switch to provide the option for the image to be blurred or unblurred.

Changing OS label to Chrome as issue looks related to be Chrome OS. Thanks!!

Downloaded the beta channel today, and no more blur, huzzah! I look forward to the stable update so the rest of the school's devices can have the same benefit. Thanks again!
