Dual icon(instead single icon) on Unity panel(Launcher).

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install Google Chrome 2. Start it from Applications(or from command line) 3. Lock it to Unity panel(Launcher) 4. Close Google Chrome - the icon is locked. 5. Start Google Chrome from terminal(type: google-chrome) 6. Google Chrome starts, but there are two icons on Unity panel. What is the expected behavior? Expected to Unity pane(Launcher) has single icon. What went wrong? 6. Two icons on Unity panel. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 17.04 Flash Version:
