Non-Regression : 'Tab' does not work after focus is on 'First app' of the folder in App Launcher

Chrome Version: 64.0.3261.0/10106.0.0 dev channel Candy, Reks & Daisy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome -> Open App launcher(No default cursor in Search box)
(2)Now drag any App into another App so that Folder is created
Ex: Drag 'Youtube'  into 'Google Hangouts' -> Folder is created
(3)Open Folder -> Now press 'Tab' button and observe Focus traverses from 'Close folder', 'Search box', 'Cursor at Name of the Folder' and on 'First app'
(4)After focus is on 'First app' in the folder again press 'Tab' button and observe focus doesn't move to 'Close folder'

Expected: After focus is on 'First app' in the folder and on pressing 'Tab' focus should be seen on 'Close folder'
Actual: Instead 'Tab' does not work after focus is on 'First app' in the folder

This is Non-regression Issue seen from M-55

This already is in PE list.
newcomer@ is doing periodical triages with shibasheikh@, at which point they decide whether to give a bug a "fast lane".
Do we see reasons to treat it as something specially important?

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This issue is fixed in ToT, because the AppListFocus changes are enabled by default.
