Regression : Default cursor highlight is seen missing at 'Enter your password' text field in 'sign in as an existing user' page |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3261.0/10106.0.0 dev channel Candy, Reks & Daisy OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover build -Sign-in screen is seen ->Turn-off WI-FI from Uber Tray (2)Now "Network not available" is seen ->click on 'sign in as an existing user' -> enter email id -> click on 'NEXT' to navigate to password page (3)Observe default cursor is seen missing at 'Enter your password' text field (Please refer video and screenshot) Expected: Default cursor highlight should be seen at 'Enter your password' text field Actual: Instead default cursor highlight is seen missing at 'Enter your password' text field This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 63.0.3239.7/10032.4.0 Candy @wzang : Please confirm the Issue
