What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> In sign-in screen, click on More options>> then on Enterprise Enrollment
(2)In Enterprise Enrollment overlay, click on More options>> Hover and observe

Expected: Like in Sign-in overlay, while hovering in More options, focus should traverse to other options 
Actual: Instead, on hovering, Focus is not traversing.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M61(As Enterprise enrollment is introduced from M61)

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
