Regression: Unwanted selection of pic is seen in Set your profile picture overlay

Chrome Version:64.0.3261.0/10106.0.0 dev channel Candy,Reks,Daisy
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build>> Sign-in to user
(2)In set your profile picture overlay, take a picture and hit Enter twice on remove icon and observe

Actual: Unwantedly, a picture is getting selected.
Expected: No such selection should be seen

This is a Regression as same is working fine in M-60

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
We prevent Enter from being pressed twice in ToT and that seems to have fixed this. I'm not able to repo at least.
