Soraka/ Electro/Reef: White blank screen observed around ~5 seconds after the chrome logo screen(before entering into login screen).

 
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36
Platform: Soraka, Electro, Reef

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Power on the DUT
2.Boot to OS

What is the expected behavior?
Chromebook should boot to OS without any issues like any glitches or delay.

What went wrong?
White blank screen observed around ~5 seconds after the chrome logo screen(before entering into login screen).

Did this work before? Yes 64.0.3246.0
